Returns & Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories.

How to start a return

Email info@globalshoppinghouse.com or call +1 540-952-0967 with your order reference to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RA may be delayed.

Exclusions

• Custom, OEM or made-to-order items, unless defective
• Items damaged through misuse or unauthorized modification

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

Defective items

Defective products are handled under our Warranty Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
