Limited Warranty Policy

Coverage

Global Shopping House LLC warrants products purchased directly from us to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Cables and consumable accessories are covered for 90 days.

Remedy

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price.

Not covered

• Damage from accidents, misuse, improper power, liquid, or overdriving
• Normal wear, cosmetic damage and unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Making a claim

Contact info@globalshoppinghouse.com with your order reference, serial number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos or troubleshooting before issuing a Return Authorization.

Your rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
