We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipments, contact info@globalshoppinghouse.com for a quote.

Processing time

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed, typically within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order, OEM or bulk orders may require longer lead times, which we will confirm in writing.

Shipping options

• Standard ground — 5–8 business days — Free
• Expedited — 2–3 business days — $39.00
• Priority freight — 1–2 business days, contiguous US — $89.00

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Damaged or missing shipments

Inspect your delivery on arrival. Report visible damage or missing items within 5 days of delivery to info@globalshoppinghouse.com with photos so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
